What will you do:
- Follow up of all activities to be performed for a project
- Check data quality of the signed order
- Collect customer information where required
- Challenge internal sales or pre-sales
- Order material and follow up shipping material from producer to warehouse
- Make scope changes and provide feedback to procurement
- Follow up shipping material from warehouse to customer
- Overview project deployment at customer premises including booking of engineers in coordination with planning team
- Keep constant contact with the customer and internal parties
- Have an opportunity for leadership development career path
What we expect:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- SAP experience nice to have
- Educational level at least BA degree or in progress
- Demonstrates strong resourcefulness in researching for data and information
- Demonstrates strong focus for results especially when dealing with the client and points of contact
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills capable of inductive thinking, and applies lessons learned in the past to current situations issues
- Strong planning skills manages multiple priorities and tasks
- Strong sense of ownership responsibility toward owns work and takes opportunity to make a contribution beyond job
- Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in Warsaw office
